Scholarship Benefits

  • Full Tuition Fee Waiver: o Covers all tuition expenses for the duration of the program.
  • Monthly Stipend: o Master’s Students: 4,500 TRY (approximately). o PhD Students: 6,000 TRY (approximately).
  • Accommodation: o Free housing in university dormitories or support for off-campus accommodation.
  • Health Insurance: o Comprehensive health insurance coverage during the study period.
  • Travel Costs: o Round-trip airfare between the student’s home country and Turkey
  • Language Course: o A one-year Turkish language course is included for all scholarship holders.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Nationality: o Open to international students from all countries, except Turkish nationals and those who have lost Turkish citizenship
  • Educational Qualifications: o Master’s Applicants: Must hold a bachelor’s degree.

    o PhD Applicants: Must hold a master’s degree or equivalent
  • Age Requirements: o Master’s program applicants should be under 30 years of age. o PhD program applicants should be under 35 years of age.
  • Academic Achievement: o A minimum GPA of 75% or equivalent is generally required.
  • Language Proficiency: o Proof of proficiency in the language of instruction (English or Turkish) is mandatory. For programs taught in Turkish, applicants may need to attend a Turkish language course.

To apply for the Turkey Graduate Scholarships, prepare the following documents:

1. Application Form: o Complete the online application form through the Türkiye Scholarships official portal.

2. Academic Transcripts: o Certified copies of transcripts from previous degrees.
