You are eligible to get British citizenship by Naturalization if your age is 18 years or above and having a status of “indefinite leave to remain” or having the permission of permanent residence in the UK. You must fulfill certain requirements for getting British Citizenship by Naturalization as you have a good command of the English language, good life, and Character, residency tenure in the UK.

The naturalization process depends on your marriage to a British Citizen or not. If you are not planning to marry British Citizens then you do have 5 years of stay at the time of application, do not be absent from the UK for more than 450 days, having good character, then you are eligible to apply for British citizenship by naturalization. If you are going to marry a British Citizen, then your stay in the UK will be 3 years and must not be absent from the UK for 270 days and you have knowledge of the English language.
