Apply if you are joining a family member from EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein:
You can get a visa from an EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein (settlement scheme family permit) to come to the UK.
- You are an eligible family member of someone from the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein.
- Your relationship started and staying or children who were born before 31st December 2020.
- Your family member includes husband, wife, civil partner, unmarried partner, dependent parents, or child, Child or grandchild must be under 21 years of age and adoption which must be under the UK law. Documents are required a valid and approved passport, an approved National ID card from the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein.
- All the evidence that is proved or certified your validity as your application is under the EU settlement Scheme.
- If you have already a status of settled or pre-settled, then you are exempted from immigration control.
