If you are living outside the UK with a British Citizen:
If the family members are British and Irish nationals and you are resident with them in the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein before 31st December 2020, then you can apply for the permit of EU family settlement scheme to live and join your family in the UK. “Surinder Singh” is the other name of this permit.
Your sponsoring family member must have an approved British Passport and evidence of the relationship like marriage certificate, Birth certificate, and civil partner certificate, address where they live together, any verification of purchasing and renting a house. You must provide aa strong document whether working, studying and self-employed over there.
You also need to give the evidence of dependency of British citizens. Your family member includes husband, wife, civil partner, unmarried partner, dependent parents, or child, Child or grandchild must be under 21 years of age and adoption which must be under the UK law. Application for EU settlement family permit is online and applied from outside the UK.
