Student Visa

If you are at the age of 16 and above, you can apply for a student visa to get your education from the UK. This visa is a substitute for the Tier 4 (General) student Visa. The eligibility of student Visa, you have been offered a place on a course by a licensed student sponsor. you have sufficient money to support yourself and pay the course fee. You must be proficient in listening, reading, writing, and speaking English. 

If you are under 16 or 17 years of age, you will apply and provide consent from your parents. The application is online. If you are applied from outside the UK, then you must apply before your course is started (6 months). The decision on this application will be taken 3 months. If you are applied inside the UK, you must apply before 3 months. The stay duration on a student visa will depend on your course duration.

If you are enrolled in degree level and your age is above 18, then you have the facility to live in the UK for up to 5 years. You can also get a post-study work Visa. In the case of non-degree level, you must stay in the UK for up to 2 years only.  Student Visa is allowed to study in the UK and sometimes allowed the working up to 20 hours a week.
