British National (overseas) Visa:
British national overseas visa holders are Hong Kong resident, British Nationals, and their families who are living outside of the UK. They can apply for a British National (overseas) visa. This Visa is commonly termed as BNO. Under this visa, a person can live, stay, study and work in the UK. The eligibility of the overseas British national visa is British national of 18 years of age or above or permanent stay in Hong Kong, isle of MAN, Channel Island.
Family members can also apply and get the UK visa at the same time as you can get the BNO visa. The stay duration in the UK is 2 years and 6 months to 5 years. You can also re-apply many times for a BNO visa as you want. You will be applied for permanent settlement in the UK after 5 years. You can work except doing professional sports, study at colleges and universities.
You can also be eligible for public funds in conditional circumstances, but you must apply for benefits. The application will be made online and get a GWF and UAN number. Within 2 days, you and your family must apply for a BNO visa. After indefinite leave to remain, you usually apply for British citizenship.
