For this Visa, you can apply and have long-term care from a parent, grandchild, brother, sister, son, or daughter who is staying constantly in the UK.
Undermentioned people can apply to the relative:
- They are British or Irish nationals.
- They have stayed in the UK; they have proof of settlement and Permanent residence and indefinite leave to remain.
- People from EU, Iceland, Norway, or Liechtenstein and status of pre-settled. They are started to live before 1 January 2021 in the UK.
- They have humanitarian protection and refugee status in the UK
The eligibility criteria are, one from the relative is British or Irish citizens, Proof of Settlement permanently, indefinite leave to remain status, have refugee and humanitarian status. In this Visa, the care you need is not provided at a reasonable rate in your resident country, you are unable to do every day personal and household tasks of illness, disability, or your age, the age is 18 or above, the sponsoring relative must support, accommodate, and care for you without claiming public funds.
